Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our application to access pharmacy e-learning courses. This page explains our policies for refunds, returns, and cancellations for subscriptions and purchases made through our platform.
1. Free Trial Period
We offer a free trial period during which users receive full access to all pharmacy e-learning content available in the app. The trial is provided so users can fully evaluate the learning experience before purchasing a subscription.
Note: No refunds apply to a completed trial period.
2. Subscription Purchases
- After the trial ends, continued access requires purchasing a subject-specific or package-specific subscription.
- The subscription duration (validity period) is clearly displayed on each product or package page. Users can review the duration before clicking the Buy button.
- Because the duration is shown on the product page, it may not be repeated separately during checkout.
- Access to paid content begins immediately after successful payment.
3. Cancellation Policy
Before Subscription Activation
If a subscription has not activated due to a system delay or payment processing problem, the user may request cancellation.
After Subscription Activation
Once access to paid e-learning content has been provided, cancellations are not permitted. Digital content is delivered instantly and cannot be reversed.
4. Refund Policy
We process refunds only in specific, verifiable circumstances to ensure fairness for all users.
4.1 Refunds may be approved when:
- Technical issues prevent access to purchased content, and the issue remains unresolved for more than 72 hours after the user reports it.
- Duplicate payment occurred due to a technical or payment gateway error.
- Payment was deducted but the subscription did not activate, and our team cannot activate it within 48 hours after reporting.
4.2 Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Purchases where the user has already accessed or downloaded paid content.
- Incorrect or accidental purchases by the user (e.g., wrong subject or package).
- Subscription expiry due to user inactivity.
- Issues caused by the user's device, internet connection, or unsupported operating system.
- Requests made after the user has fully consumed the course content.
4.3 Refund timelines
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.
5. Content Return Policy
All courses are delivered digitally. There is no physical product to return. Once digital content is accessed, it cannot be returned or reversed.
6. Subscription Expiry
- Each subscription remains active for the duration stated on the product/package page.
- After the subscription period ends, access to the respective content will automatically stop.
- Users may renew or repurchase access at any time.
7. How to Request Support or a Refund
To request a refund or report technical/payment issues, contact our support team with the following details:
- Registered email ID or mobile number
- Transaction ID or payment reference
- Screenshot of payment receipt (if available)
- Short description of the issue
