Welcome to our pharmacy e-learning application. By downloading, installing, or using this App, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the App immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this App, you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
• You agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.

2. Description of Service

The App provides access to pharmacy e-learning courses, including digital study materials, videos, tests, and related academic resources. We may update or modify the content at any time to enhance user experience.

3. User Account

• You must register using accurate information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any activity performed under your account is considered your responsibility.

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse, violations, or suspicious activity.

4. Free Trial

A free trial may be offered, giving full access to all e-learning content for a limited period. The availability and duration of the trial may change at any time.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue accessing content.
• Subscription validity (duration) is clearly shown on each product/package page.
• Subscriptions activate immediately after successful payment.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.

Note: Subscriptions cannot be cancelled once activated.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only in the following cases:

• Payment deducted but subscription not activated within 48 hours.
• Duplicate payment due to technical issues.
• Technical problems preventing access for more than 72 hours after reporting.

Refunds are not provided for:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Incorrect or accidental purchases.
• Content that has already been accessed or downloaded.
• Subscription expiry due to user inactivity.
• Issues caused by the user's device configuration or internet connection.

All refunds follow our official Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.

7. Use of Digital Content

• All study materials, videos, PDFs, and test papers are for personal use only.
• You may not copy, distribute, share, record, screen-capture, or resell the content.
• Illegal reproduction or sharing may result in account termination and legal action.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, modify, or tamper with the App.
• Sharing login credentials or allowing others to use your account.
• Using unauthorized tools to download or extract content.
• Engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, videos, graphics, icons, logos, and software, is owned by us or licensed to us. Unauthorized use of any intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

10. Service Availability

We strive to offer uninterrupted access, but occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance or technical issues. We are not responsible for issues arising from your device, operating system, or internet provider.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Loss of data
• Device malfunction
• Network or internet failures
• User errors or misuse of the App

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the subscription amount paid.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the content, or engage in fraudulent activities. No refunds will be granted upon termination.
